GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Use of the website accessible at www.sandramansour.com (the “Website”) is subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Use (the “General Terms and Conditions of Use”). In using the Website, you are deemed to have read, understood and unreservedly accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Use. The Website may modify and update these General Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. The General Terms and Conditions of Use in force as of the moment at which the Website is used are those which are enforceable with regard to you.

Please keep yourself updated with regard to the terms and conditions in force on a regular basis. You may consult the version of the General Terms and Conditions of Use in force at any time by clicking the “terms and conditions” link, and then on “Terms of Use”.

ORDERING

PAYMENT METHODS

The order’s amount will be withdrawn from your account as soon as your order has been placed.

The following payment method is accepted by us:

Credit card
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

CANCELLING AN ORDER, EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ITEMS

Given that all our Items for the moment are made to order, you cannot cancel and request a refund for the Items and/or exchange, and/or return Items except in the cases expressly mentioned in our Warranty section below.

Occasionally, orders, or parts of any order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • Duplicate order was placed

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us by email at boutique@sandramansour.com.

SHIPPING INFORMATION*

Shipping charges will apply to your order at checkout.

All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternative daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address.

Approximate delivery timing is as follows:
Europe 1—4 business days
World 2—5 business days

*Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.
Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The items’ price is expressed in USD inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

All applicable duties shall be borne by you. Any duty charges will be charged once your parcel arrives to the destination country. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. Therefore we are not able to pay these charges for you, and we do not refund any of these charges.

We are not responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.

FIRST TIME ORDER POLICY

For security purposes, we reserve the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping.

ORDER STATUS

All orders are shipped with DHL and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions regarding your shipment.

Alternatively, you can refer to the “Orders” tab in your account to get general information about your order status.

WARRANTY

Given that all our Items for the moment are made to order, you cannot request cancellation and/or receiving refund and/or returning and/or exchanging any Item, except where same is covered by the following warranty.

We warrant our Items for workmanship or material defect, and we warrant Items that do not meet the ordered specification, provided in all cases that a claim is made in this regard by you within /7/ days at the latest as receipt of the subject Item(s). Therefore, it is your responsibility to thoroughly scrutinize the Item(s) upon receipt, and to file a claim where applicable in accordance with this warranty. A claim should be filed as per the following: you need to contact our customer service before returning the Item(s) subject of the claim, by sending an e-mail to boutique@sandramansour.com. Accordingly, you will obtain a return number to note on the “Return Authorization” enclosed with the order received. No returned parcel shall be accepted without a return number. This number must be written legibly on the parcel. In cases of return, the Item(s) must be sent to the return center in their original condition (packaging, accessories, etc.).

You shall bear the return cost, expenses and all potential customs duties. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender on the sender’s sole cost and expense.

The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Item(s) are borne by the sender. Therefore we recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.

Upon receipt of the Item(s) returned by you, our customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the Item(s) by e-mail. We will assess each claim on a case by case basis, and inform you whether same falls in the scope of our warranty policy. In the affirmative, we will inform you whether the subject Item(s) will be repaired, exchanged, or whether the order relating to said Item will be cancelled. This decision is to be made solely by us. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund for the Item’s price, which excludes any and all shipping expenses. In the event we deem your claim is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you of same, and the Item(s) will be shipped back to you unchanged, on your sole cost and expense.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.
  • Make sure all items are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
  • All items that come in their own box, including but not limited to accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.
  • Please make sure to return tall products that come in their own box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
  • In order for our customer service to accept the return, the Item(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Parcels where your identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible, shall be refused

This warranty does not cover any case other than the ones expressly mentioned therein.

Defects and damages not covered under warranty, and requests for changes or additional customization is subject to a rate that will be provided to you on a case by case basis and upon your request.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This agreement and all matters arising thereof shall be interpreted, construed, and governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including without limitation its validity and interpretation, which is not settled after an attempt by the Parties to resolve the dispute at amicable negotiations shall be finally resolved by the competent Lebanese courts.
