SHIPPING INFORMATION*

Shipping charges will apply to your order at checkout.

All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternative daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address.

Approximate delivery timing is as follows:
Europe 1—4 business days
World 2—5 business days

*Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.
Delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Kindly note, if you the client choose not to insure your shipment, we are Sandra Mansour are not liable for the loss of the piece or pieces purchased.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The items’ price is expressed in USD inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

All applicable duties shall be borne by you. Any duty charges will be charged once your parcel arrives to the destination country. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. Therefore we are not able to pay these charges for you, and we do not refund any of these charges.

We are not responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.

FIRST TIME ORDER POLICY

For security purposes, we reserve the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping.

INSURANCE

We insure each order during its time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility and risk of loss and damage passes to you.

If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by us of our obligations.
